2. Eligibility and Service Area
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Site with the involvement of a parent or guardian, to place an order. We sell to consumers in the United States and ship only to addresses within the United States, as described in our Shipping Policy.
3. Products, Descriptions and Pet Safety
- We describe and present our products as accurately as we can. Colors can look slightly different on different screens, and items made from natural materials (such as willow, wood, corn husk, sola wood, mahogany pods, cotton canvas or catnip) naturally vary slightly in color, grain and texture.
- No pet toy is indestructible. Choose a toy that suits your pet, supervise play, inspect toys regularly, and remove any toy that is damaged or worn. See our Product Safety Policy.
- Our products are pet toys. They are not children’s toys, and they are not medical or veterinary products.
4. Prices
- All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). The price shown on each product page is the price you pay for that item.
- Prices do not include sales tax or shipping. Shipping is charged at a flat rate per order, as set out in our Shipping Policy, and is shown at checkout before you pay. We do not add handling, service or other fees.
- Sales tax: We collect Florida sales tax on orders delivered to a Florida address: the 6% Florida state sales tax plus the discretionary sales surtax of the Florida county where your order is delivered (0% to 2%, depending on the county). We do not currently collect sales tax on orders delivered to addresses outside Florida; depending on the state you live in, you may be responsible for paying use tax directly to your state. Shipping charges are not taxed. Any sales tax is calculated from your shipping address and shown as a separate line at checkout before you pay.
- Prices are the same for every customer.
- If an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund. We will contact you before doing so, and you may choose to buy the item at the correct price instead.
5. Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and your card is charged the order total when you place your order. See our Payment Methods.
6. Orders and Acceptance
- After you place an order, we send an email confirming that we received it. That email is not an acceptance of your order. Your order is accepted when we ship it and send you a shipping confirmation.
- We may limit quantities or decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock, if payment cannot be verified, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we refund the full amount. See our Order Cancellation Policy.
7. Shipping, Title and Risk of Loss
We ship within the United States with USPS. Shipping methods, costs, handling times and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. Orders are shipped F.O.B. origin: title to the products passes to you when we hand your package to USPS in Miami, Florida, and shipping charges are stated separately at checkout. Even so, if a package is lost or arrives damaged, we will replace it or refund you as described in our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy — you do not need to file a claim with USPS yourself.
8. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery with a prepaid USPS return label at no cost to you, as described in our Return & Refund Policy. Cancellations are covered by our Order Cancellation Policy.
9. Accounts
You can check out as a guest or create an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Please let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized use. You can ask us to close your account at any time.
10. Reviews and Content You Submit
If you submit a product review or other content, it must be honest, based on your own experience with the product, and must not be unlawful, offensive or infringing. You give us permission to display your review on the Site in connection with our products. We publish both positive and negative reviews, we do not pay or reward customers for reviews, and we do not edit reviews to change their meaning, but we may remove content that violates these Terms.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, product images, logos and the Pet Shop EddyRolex DJ Corp name and logo — belongs to PET SHOP EDDYROLEX DJ CORP or its licensors and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.
12. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, introducing malware, scraping content with automated tools, placing fraudulent orders, reselling products as a business without our consent, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.
13. Third-Party Services
Payments are processed by Stripe and packages are carried by USPS. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites linked from the Site.
14. Warranties
We do not offer a separate written warranty for our products. Products that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect are covered by our Return & Refund Policy. Except as stated in these Terms and our policies, and to the extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any implied warranty or any right you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Site or a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
17. Resolving Disputes

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally within 30 days, either party may bring a claim in small claims court where it qualifies, or in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless the law of your state gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
19. Events Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions or power outages. If such an event delays your order, we will tell you and you may cancel for a full refund.
20. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the policies they reference are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of the Site and your purchases.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply to orders placed after the updated Terms are posted. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the current version.
