Checkout on our store is simple and secure. All payments are made online by credit or debit card at checkout.

Accepted Cards

We accept the following credit and debit cards:

We do not accept cash, checks, money orders, bank transfers, cryptocurrency, gift cards or cash on delivery, and we do not offer buy-now-pay-later or installment plans.

Secure Payments Powered by Stripe

• All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment provider.
• Your card details are entered into Stripe’s secure payment fields and encrypted in transit. We never see or store your full card number or security code.
• Our entire website, including checkout, is protected with HTTPS (TLS) encryption.
• Your card issuer may ask you to complete an extra verification step (such as 3D Secure) for some purchases.

What You Pay

Your order total is the price of your items, plus the shipping method you choose (USPS Ground Advantage $8.95 or USPS Priority Mail $13.95 flat rate per order), plus any sales tax that applies. Everything is shown at checkout before you pay. We do not add handling, service, payment or other fees. All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) and do not include sales tax.

Sales Tax

We collect Florida sales tax on orders delivered to a Florida address: the 6% Florida state sales tax plus the discretionary sales surtax of the Florida county where your order is delivered (0% to 2%, depending on the county). We do not currently collect sales tax on orders delivered to addresses outside Florida; depending on the state you live in, you may be responsible for paying use tax directly to your state. Shipping charges are not taxed. Any sales tax is calculated from your shipping address and shown as a separate line at checkout before you pay.

When You Are Charged

Your card is charged the order total when you place your order. Your bank may briefly show a pending authorization; it becomes a final charge or disappears according to your bank’s normal processing time.

Billing Address

Please enter the billing address on file with your card issuer. Payments with mismatched details may be declined by the card issuer.

Declined Payments

If your payment is declined, check your card number, expiration date, security code and billing address, or contact your card issuer. You can also try another accepted card.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original card used for the purchase. See our Return & Refund Policy and Order Cancellation Policy for timelines and details.

Unrecognized Charges

Charges from our store appear on your statement under our business name (Pet Shop EddyRolex DJ Corp or PET SHOP EDDYROLEX DJ CORP).
