Play keeps pets healthy and happy, and safe play starts with choosing and using the right toy. This policy explains how to use the pet toys and accessories sold by Pet Shop EddyRolex DJ Corp safely, and what to do if you have a safety concern. It applies to every product in our store, including new products as we add them.
Important: No pet toy is indestructible. Supervise your pet with every new toy, inspect toys regularly, and remove any toy that is damaged or worn. Our products are pet toys, not children’s toys — keep them away from young children.
Choosing the Right Toy
- Pick a toy made for your type of pet: each product page states whether it is a dog, cat, rabbit or bird toy.
- Choose a toy that is too large to fit completely inside your pet’s mouth or beak.
- Consider how your pet plays. Strong chewers need close supervision with any toy.
- If you are unsure whether a toy suits your pet, ask your veterinarian, or contact us and we will share what we know about the product.
Safe Use for Every Toy
- Supervise the first play sessions so you can see how your pet uses the toy.
- Inspect toys before and after play for cracks, tears, loose parts, frayed rope or sharp edges.
- Remove and replace a toy as soon as it is damaged, broken, heavily chewed, shredded or soiled.
- Remove any small pieces that break off before your pet can swallow them.
- If your pet swallows part of a toy, or shows signs of distress after play, contact your veterinarian right away.

Each product page lists the materials of that product. The guidance below applies to every product made from these materials.

Cleaning and Storage
- Rubber, latex and plastic toys: wash by hand with warm water and mild, unscented soap; rinse well and dry before use.
- Wood, willow, sola, corn husk and catnip toys: do not soak. Brush off debris and keep dry; replace when soiled.
- Store toys out of reach when not in use, away from direct heat and sunlight.

Reporting a Safety Concern
If you believe a product we sell has a safety problem, please contact us right away at support@petshopeddyrolexdjcorp.com or +1 786-873-6875 with your order number, a description and photos if possible. We review every report, will stop selling the product while we investigate if needed, and will offer a refund or replacement. If a product we sold is ever recalled, we will email affected customers using the details from their orders and post a notice on the Site.
Warranty
We do not offer a separate written warranty. Items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect are covered by our Return & Refund Policy, and nothing in this policy limits your rights under consumer protection law.
