We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Zero Return Costs (Free Returns)
We believe that returning an item should be as easy as buying one. There are absolutely no costs involved in returning an item to us. We do not charge any restocking fees, and we will cover the return shipping costs completely by providing a free pre-paid return shipping label.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, simply contact our support team. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label and clear instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds (Processed Within 7 Days)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
We guarantee that we will process and issue your refund within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Please remember that it may take a little additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and officially post the refund to your account.
